everybodylovesfs was created from the idea that real creativity never fades. Short for Fossils Studio, the brand represents timeless expression — inspired by culture, design, music, art, and the people shaping their own identity every day.
Fossils Studio is more than clothing. It's a creative space built for individuals who move differently, think independently, and wear pieces that reflect who they are without needing validation. Every collection is designed with intention, blending modern street culture with a timeless mindset to create something that lasts beyond trends.
The name "Fossils" symbolizes permanence — ideas, energy, and creativity that leave a mark over time. Through fashion and visuals, everybodylovesfs aims to build a world where confidence, originality, and self-expression come naturally.

Orders processed within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll get a tracking email once the package ships. Business days are Monday–Friday, US federal holidays excluded.
Pre-order items are produced after the order is placed. Estimated production + shipping window: 2–4 weeks from order date. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — fabric sourcing, manufacturing, and carrier delays can extend it.
If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together once production wraps.
United States (all 50 states + APO/FPO) and select international destinations including Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Need somewhere else? Email contact@everybodylovesfs.com.
You're responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These aren't included in your order or shipping total.
Once tracking marks a package "delivered," EVERYBODYLOVESFS is not responsible for what happens after. Check with neighbors, file a claim with the carrier, and email us if you need help.
You have 14 days from delivery date to request a return. Late requests aren't accepted.
Sale or clearance items, anything marked "Final Sale" at checkout, and gift cards are not returnable.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we email you with approval or rejection. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.
If we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective: email contact@everybodylovesfs.com within 7 days with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Welcome to EVERYBODYLOVESFS ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of everybodylovesfs.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Customers under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order, and the parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on the minor's behalf. By submitting an order you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
EVERYBODYLOVESFS is a streetwear brand. Each piece is produced in limited drops. Because our garments are washed, dyed, and finished by hand, slight variations in color, texture, fit, and print placement are normal and intentional — they are not defects. Photography is representative; actual color may vary based on your monitor or device.
Many items are sold as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order you understand and agree:
An order confirmation email is not order acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment-verification failure, restricted shipping addresses, pricing errors, or insufficient stock. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Stripe. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other wallet/installment options (Klarna, Afterpay, Cash App Pay) may also be available on Stripe's checkout page where supported. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the order total — including taxes and shipping — to your selected payment method. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted.
See our Shipping Policy for full details. In short: domestic Standard shipping is $8 (5-7 business days), Express is $18 (2-3 business days). Pre-orders ship after production completes. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Tracking emails are sent at shipment; track at any time via the Track Order page.
See our Returns Policy. Briefly: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags. Pre-orders, sale items, and worn or washed items are final sale. Defective or wrongly-shipped items are covered fully — see Returns for the process.
All content on the Site — graphics, designs, logos, product photography, copy, layouts, the "FOSSILS STUDIO" wordmark, and any related branding — is owned by EVERYBODYLOVESFS or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Site content without prior written permission. Personal screenshots for non-commercial sharing on social media are permitted, provided you tag and credit @everybodylovesfs.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased from us shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in the State of Florida, USA. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action. Either party may seek small-claims court relief for qualifying claims. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 16, exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action not subject to arbitration shall lie in the state and federal courts located in Florida.

Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via banner on the Site or, where applicable, by email.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and EVERYBODYLOVESFS regarding the Site and your purchase.
